Im currently writing a paper on innovation, IPR and competition law in the softwaremarket. One of my main problem statements in the paper is : If there is no promise of monopoly, will there be any incentives to innovate. I have been reading a lot of books and articles covering the subject - but it seems a clear answer does not exist. If you guys have any helpful thoughts or refrences to other material i would be grateful! [Manage messages] | |||||
